Domestic Shipping (within India)

• Shipping Rates:

  We offer fast shipping on all orders within India. You will be charged a nominal shipping fee for having your product delivered to your doorstep. We want your Miniwee experience to be as smooth and easy as possible so please note that the cost associated with shipping is to ensure just that

• Processing Time:

  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We promise it's worth the wait!

• Shipping Time:

  After processing, the orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days for most Indian cities. For remote locations, it might take up to 7-10 business days.

• Shipping Method:

  We use reputable courier services for shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your order's journey.

• Order Cancel:

  Requests for order cancellation are accepted within 8 hours from the time of order placement.

Policy Overview

At Miniwee, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We understand that circumstances may arise when you need to return a product. However keep in mind that we only consider returns, refunds, or replacements if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, or if any items are missing from your order upon receipt.

Should you find yourself unhappy with the product, we are open to replacing the item (with a product of equivalent value from our range) after a period of one month.

Return Eligibility & Procedure

For making any returns, the original invoice must be provided. We offer free returns for products that contain manufacturing defects. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your package.
