Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for certain categories of products like Diapers except in the case of manufacturing defects, or missing items upon receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Situations

We kindly remind our customers that returns or refunds are not available for products that are being returned after use.

Return Process

If you are eligible for a return due to the case of missing products or manufacturing defects upon receiving the order, the accompanying invoice is mandatory for returning the products. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@miniwee.in. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send your package. Damages and Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
