Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for certain categories of products like Diapers except in the case of manufacturing defects, or missing items upon receiving the order.
We kindly remind our customers that returns or refunds are not available for products that are being returned after use.
If you are eligible for a return due to the case of missing products or manufacturing defects upon receiving the order, the accompanying invoice is mandatory for returning the products. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@miniwee.in. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send your package. We request you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
